set on the highest waterfront perch in the southern
village of Esperanza in Vieques, Puerto Rico. We have

Reservations for rooms are considered temporary until a credit card number has been given to secure reservation.
Payment in full is made upon check-in.
Cancellations of room reservations must occur two weeks prior to check-in date. Deposit monies are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with less than two full weeks prior to check-in will incur a 25% charge to the credit card used to
hold the reservation.
Cancellations made to shorten agreed reservations after check in will incur a 25% charge for the remaining days.
No one day reservations will be taken more than one week in advance.
All packages are subject to a minimum of four weeks advanced reservation notice.
